Open Source Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026Permissive Open LicensingApache 2.0 & MIT Standard

1. Commitment to Open Source

ArzenLabs is built upon open-source foundations, including the Linux kernel, eBPF, BIRD internet routing daemon, and PostgreSQL. We believe in contributing core low-latency networking tools, eBPF filters, and systems research back to the global developer ecosystem.

2. Open Source Licensing Framework

Repositories published under the github.com/arzenlabs organization are licensed under permissive open-source licenses:

  • Apache License 2.0: Applied to core network tooling, eBPF libraries, and hypervisor management scripts.
  • MIT License: Applied to SDKs, UI components, documentation tools, and API wrappers.

3. Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

By submitting a Pull Request to any official ArzenLabs repository, you grant ArzenLabs Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to incorporate and distribute your code contributions.
