Standard operating procedures for reporting network abuse, security threats, malicious activity, or intellectual property violations involving Arzenlabs services.
1. Zero Tolerance for Malicious Abuse
Arzenlabs ("Arzenlabs") maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against the use of our services, APIs, software platforms, or infrastructure for malicious, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
We take all reported abuse incidents seriously and investigate submissions promptly to preserve system integrity and protect internet users.
2. Categories of Reportable Abuse
Malware & Phishing
Hosting or linking to malicious payloads, phishing pages, credential harvesting forms, or command-and-control infrastructure.
Network Attack Activity
Initiating port scans, brute-force login attempts, unauthorized API exploitation, or distributed denial-of-service traffic.
Fraud & Financial Misconduct
Operating fraudulent payment forms, unauthorized brand impersonation, or financial scam operations.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted code, software products, trademarks, or trade secrets.
3. Internal Abuse Handling Workflow
Arzenlabs processes all formal abuse notifications through a structured multi-stage workflow:
- Report Submission: Formal abuse reports are received at
abuse@arzenlabs.comand assigned an internal case ID. - Verification & Log Analysis: Security engineers review request logs, IP records, header data, and evidence payloads.
- Severity Classification: Incident is categorized as Low, Medium, High, or Critical threat.
- Investigation & Technical Action: Malicious endpoints, API keys, or user sessions are revoked or filtered.
- Record Keeping & Resolution: Findings are documented in internal security records and a resolution confirmation is sent to the reporter.
