General Master Services & Website Terms governing your access to and use of Arzenlabs platforms, applications, APIs, software, documentation, and technical services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity, "User" or "Customer") and Arzenlabs ("Arzenlabs", "we", "us", or "our"), an enterprise registered under Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-KL-02-0152552 with registered address at Door No: 15/257 AS, Heiley Offices, FACT Kalamassery Road, Kalamassery, Ernakulam, KERALA - 683104, India.
By accessing or using the Arzenlabs website located at https://arzenlabs.com, our software platforms, application programming interfaces ("APIs"), technical documentation, or online services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all incorporated policies. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all Arzenlabs services.
2. Scope of Services
Arzenlabs provides software engineering, cloud infrastructure architecture, bare-metal performance optimization, Anycast networking design, eBPF DDoS mitigation fabrics, PostgreSQL database reliability engineering, and applied AI software tools ("Services").
These Terms apply strictly and exclusively to services provided directly under the Arzenlabs brand and corporate identity. Arzenlabs does not offer unmanaged retail Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting or retail game server hosting under these Terms.
3. User Obligations & Account Security
- Registration Data: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration or project onboarding.
- Credential Protection: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and administrative tokens.
- Authorized Representative: If acting on behalf of an enterprise, you warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Arzenlabs website, custom software code, proprietary algorithms, API specifications, trademarks, logos, and technical documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Arzenlabs.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Arzenlabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our documentation and APIs solely for your internal business operations.
5. Fees, Billing & Tax Obligations
Fees for customized engineering consulting, technical services, or enterprise platform access are specified in applicable statements of work, invoices, or electronic checkouts. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.
Arzenlabs is registered as a Micro Enterprise under the MSMED Act, 2006 (Udyam: UDYAM-KL-02-0152552). You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or statutory withholdings required by law in your jurisdiction.
6. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as explicitly provided in an executed enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA), all Arzenlabs websites, software tools, and public documentation are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Arzenlabs and its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or operational interruption arising out of your use of our services.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ernakulam, High Court of Kerala, India.
