Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose & Applicability

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the acceptable standards of conduct for accessing and using the websites, software applications, APIs, technical documentation, and online services provided by Arzenlabs ("Arzenlabs").

This policy applies to all visitors, registered users, developers, and enterprise clients accessing Arzenlabs systems.

2. Prohibited Security & Network Conduct

You may not use Arzenlabs platforms, APIs, or infrastructure to engage in or facilitate any of the following activities:

• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, server, account, database, or network connected to Arzenlabs.
• System Interruption: Conducting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, vulnerability probing, or intentional network degradation.
• Malware & Exploitation: Distributing viruses, worms, ransomware, Trojan horses, rootkits, or malicious payload code.
• Credential Stuffing & Phishing: Operating phishing campaigns, credential harvesting scripts, or automated authentication bypass attacks.
• API Abuse: Bypassing rate limits, scraping restricted documentation, or executing automated requests that destabilize Arzenlabs API endpoints.

3. Content & Intellectual Property Restrictions

You agree not to publish, transmit, or store content via Arzenlabs systems that:

• Infringes upon any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or proprietary rights.
• Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or harmful to minors.
• Violates applicable privacy or data protection laws under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or DPDP Act, 2023.

4. Enforcement & Investigation

Arzenlabs reserves the right to monitor system logs, network traffic, and API activity to ensure compliance with this Policy. If a violation is confirmed, Arzenlabs may take immediate enforcement action, including API key revocation, account suspension, or reporting to law enforcement authorities.
