Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy

1. Ownership of Arzenlabs Assets

All trademarks, service marks, logos, brand assets, source code repositories, API designs, software architectures, technical publications, user interface designs, and documentation published by Arzenlabs ("Arzenlabs") are the exclusive intellectual property of Arzenlabs and its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from Arzenlabs software or proprietary technical specifications without explicit written permission.

2. Open Source Software & Documentation Licensing

Certain software tools, client libraries, or documentation published by Arzenlabs on GitHub are made available under open source licenses (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, or BSD-3-Clause). Your use of open source software is governed strictly by the specific license terms accompanying that repository.

3. User Content & Submitted Feedback

You retain ownership of any technical data, code snippets, or documentation ("User Content") that you submit or transmit to Arzenlabs. By submitting User Content or feedback, you grant Arzenlabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, process, and display such content solely to provide, maintain, and improve our services.

4. Copyright Takedown Procedure (DMCA & Indian Copyright Act)

Arzenlabs respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe in good faith that content published on an Arzenlabs website or server infringes your copyright under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 or the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), please submit a formal written notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its specific URL location.
• Your contact details, including full legal name, email address, and physical address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
