Law Enforcement & Legal Request Guidelines

1. Overview & Authority

Arzenlabs ("Arzenlabs"), an enterprise registered under Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-KL-02-0152552, responds to valid, authenticated legal requests from law enforcement agencies, statutory regulatory authorities, and competent judicial courts.

Arzenlabs evaluates all legal requests strictly in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) / Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and applicable international treaties.

2. Requirements for Valid Legal Process

To be processed by Arzenlabs, a legal request must meet the following criteria:

• Written Formal Order: Must be issued in writing by a competent court of law, statutory regulator, or authorized law enforcement officer acting under statutory authority.
• Specific Identification: Must clearly identify the specific account, IP address, request ID, URL, or data elements requested. We cannot process broad or un-targeted fishing requests.
• Official Authentication: Must be transmitted from an official government email domain or served physically at our registered office address on official agency letterhead.

3. Customer Notification Policy

Arzenlabs policy is to notify customers before disclosing their account or transaction data in response to a legal request, UNLESS:

• Notification is explicitly prohibited by the court order, statutory non-disclosure order, or applicable law.
• We have a good-faith belief that providing notice would create an imminent risk of death, severe physical injury, or systemic cybersecurity damage.

4. Emergency Law Enforcement Requests

For emergency requests involving an imminent threat to life or severe physical safety, law enforcement officers may submit an emergency request detailing the nature of the emergency and justification for expedited data preservation or disclosure.
